As a veteran HR Director with significant experience at globally recognized firms, I’ve seen hundreds, if not thousands of resumes and profiles, and have interviewed countless candidates from entry level to senior executives.
In my post-interview meetings with CEOs, senior partners, recruiters and hiring managers I learned the answers to the questions I had always wondered about: “What was it about this candidate that made you choose them over the other qualified applicants?” “Was there anything that came up in your interview with them that “sealed the deal?” They were my mentors. They taught me, beyond skills, what matters most when making a hire.

How Does The Process Work?
We start with a resume development questionnaire and a branding document to capture your career stories, establish your focus, and flush out the information I need to write a compelling narrative that will take you to the next level in your career.
Next, we’ll have a coaching call to review your responses, discuss your targets, explore or establish your professional brand, and delve deeply into your accomplishments so I can see exactly what it is about you that made you successful in the past.
Additional calls, emails or texts may be needed during the writing process and are all included in your resume package.
Documents are typically delivered within 7-10 business days from the date I receive your completed questionnaires and our initial call is completed.

Included with each package is a value pack of unlimited calling and emails during the writing process. All questions, concerns, ideas will be vetted and responded to while we are creating your new career portfolio.
How Do I Pay For My Career Documents/Services?
The administrative details are kept to a minimum so I can concentrate on the research, writing and delivery of quality documents and career services.
CER accepts PayPal (and major credit cards). Once we agree to work together please go to the Make a Payment page located below the Contact page. Once the client agreement is signed and returned, the copyrighted questionnaires are sent to you and our work begins.
